Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to work on, and start to lay the foundation for our work together. It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous, my role is to meet you where you are and support you at your pace.

Consistency is key when it comes to meaningful, lasting change. That’s why I usually recommend starting with weekly sessions. That said, I’ll always work with you to find a rhythm that feels right and supportive for your needs.

I know navigating insurance can feel overwhelming, and I truly want to make it as easy as possible. Like many private practices in NYC, I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly.

That said, I’m happy to help you verify your out-of-network benefits before we begin and, if you're eligible, provide a monthly superbill you can submit for reimbursement.

Many clients receive 60–80% back after meeting their deductible, but coverage can vary—so it’s always a good idea to check with your plan!

Yes—accessibility is important to me. If cost is a concern, please reach out! I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on need and availability.
