We begin with an initial consultation to explore your goals and get a sense of what you need. From there we'll create a plan that fits your life, whether that looks like weekly sessions or a more flexible rhythm. We move at a pace that always feels right for you.

Our first session is 60 minutes, giving us space to explore your goals and lay a strong foundation for our work together. From there, sessions are 45 minutes each.

Session fees vary depending on out-of-network benefits. I provide superbills for reimbursement and offer sliding scale options to accommodate your needs.
