Therapy for Modern Adulthood
Anxiety, relationships, identity, and everything in between.
In-person and virtual in NYC.
Growing up is one thing.
Figuring out adulthood is a whole other story.
Your 20s and 30s are full of new experiences, big decisions, growing responsibilities, and plenty of unexpected plot twists. There's so much to be excited about, but there's also a lot you're trying to figure out at the same time.
Maybe you're questioning your career, navigating changes in your relationship, or feeling like everyone else is moving through adulthood with way more confidence and ease. With so many expectations about who you should be and what your life should look like, it's easy to lose sight of what you actually want.
Wellhouse is a chance to step back from all the noise and find your way back home to yourself.
Welcome home.
Areas of Expertise
Life doesn't fit neatly into categories, and neither do you. Whether there's something specific on your mind or a few things happening at once, we'll figure out where to start together.
ANXIETY + OCD
RELATIONSHIPS + DATING
CAREER STRESS + BURNOUT
SELF-ESTEEM + IDENTITY
TRAUMA + PTSD
PERFCTIONISM + PEOPLE-PLEASING
The Wellhouse Approach
MIND
Your thoughts shape everything. We explore the thoughts, stories, and patterns running in the background, helping you understand where they came from and decide whether they still fit the life you want to build.
BODY
Your body is always speaking, often before your mind catches up. We notice how stress, emotion, and old patterns show up physically, helping you connect what you know intellectually with what you’re actually experiencing.
WHOLE SELF
You are more than your symptoms or the role you’ve learned to play. We make space for the parts of you that may have gotten quieter over time, helping you reconnect with your voice, your needs, and what actually matters to you.
Hi, I’m Lexi Haft
Licensed therapist. Founder. Human.
I work with adults in their 20s and 30s who are doing their best to navigate the messy, complicated parts of being human. Many have spent years trying to do everything they're supposed to do, yet still feel unfulfilled, uncertain, and disconnected from themselves.
I believe our experiences shape us, but they don't have to define what comes next. I'm interested in the bigger picture: not just what's going on in your life, but how your relationships, experiences, and the ways you've learned to see yourself might be playing a role.
My goal is to help you understand how you've gotten here, so you can start making choices that feel right for you, rather than simply following what you've always believed you should do.
Ways To Work Together
-
Individual Therapy
Gain a deeper understanding of yourself through 1:1 therapy that goes beyond managing symptoms to explore what's behind them, with practical tools to help you make changes in your everyday life.
-
Group Therapy
Find connection and support through therapist-led groups that go beyond sharing experiences to explore common challenges, build practical skills, and feel understood by people who actually get it.
Connection to yourself is the foundation for connection to everything else.
Your relationship with yourself shapes how you move through your emotions, relationships, choices, boundaries, and the life you’re building.
When you can hear yourself more clearly, you have something to come back to.
