Living With “Invisible” Chronic Illness Support Group
An ongoing virtual support group for adults living with chronic illness

This process-oriented group centers honest conversations about living with chronic illness. Weekly prompts guide the discussion, while leaving room for what feels most relevant to the group. You’re welcome to participate at your own pace.

This group is open to adults living with any chronic illness. It is not diagnosis-specific and welcomes people of all genders, sexual orientations, and backgrounds.

The group fee is $70 per session, with an initial 10-week commitment. Unlimited sliding-scale spots are available, and pricing can be adjusted based on each person’s individual needs.
Parentified: A Group for Parentified Adult Children

Weekly prompts and honest conversation help members examine old family roles, practice setting boundaries without guilt, and build a sense of identity beyond caring for others.

This group is for adults who felt responsible for other people’s needs, emotions, or well-being while growing up. You may struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, guilt around setting boundaries, or feeling valuable only when you are helping others.
